We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager / coordinator to lead our sales efforts in the healthcare sector, specifically focusing on hospital surgical consumables & devices. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to promote our healthcare solutions and services to hospitals. The Sales Manager or coordinator will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence, fostering relationships with key stakeholders, and achieving revenue targets.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth for hospital medical consumables & devices.
- Identify and engage with key decision-makers within hospitals to understand their needs and promote our solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hospital administrators, department heads, and other relevant personnel.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to customize solutions based on hospital requirements.
- Lead the sales team, providing guidance, training, and motivation to ensure optimal performance.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
- Prepare and present compelling proposals, presentations, and product demonstrations to potential hospital clients.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with hospitals, ensuring favorable terms for both parties.
- Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Stay informed about industry regulations, healthcare trends, and advancements to align sales strategies accordingly.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Medical Sciences is a plus, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field could be considered but with higher experience in medical sales.
- Proven sales experience preferably in healthcare/Medical supplies is a MUST.
- Strong understanding of the hospital environment, including workflows, challenges, and decision-making processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a sales team.
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Analytical skills to assess market trends, competition, and performance metrics.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
