Job Summary

  • Primary purpose of the job is to prospect and find opportunities for Custody transfer metering, and associated tank gauging system with Oil & Gas customers and work with other relevant partners to win & grow booking to support our MSOL business objectives in the region.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Take overall responsibility of Custody Metering system in Oil & Gas pipelines and terminals along with the associated level measurement systems in assigned markets/ accounts to achieve and exceed Sales target to support MSOL growth plan.
  • Lead customer relationship management and be the primary contact through the life cycle of projects.
  • Map customer organization and develop relationship at all levels to identify and develop sponsor/ coaches.
  • Support customer from conceptual stage to post-delivery support to get “Trusted partner”/ “Vendor of Choice” status.
  • Take lead on sales and Business Development activities including:
  • Making customer aware of MSol solutions for the industry metering applications and their capabilities
  • Crafting demand for solutions based on Custody transfer, allocation metering & Analytical Measurement Best practice solution.
  • Identifying, screening and selecting opportunities for pursuit
  • Complying to the “Trade Compliance” policies
  • Proactively align with Business Partners in terms of Selection criteria and bid-no bid decisions.
  • Build the market forecast, establish, maintain, and expand the current customer base for key accounts.
  • Preparing pursuit plan in collaboration with relevant partners.
  • Lead quotation in complete compliance to the Sales & Proposal process such as CRM Entry & update/ Task Assignment/ Final Price approval in timely manner.
  • Generate Market Price analysis

Timely review of the quote including Bill of Material, Compliance Sheet &/or Deviation sheet in conjunction with the critical RFQ document requirement in alignment with bidding strategy and subsequent communications.

  • Proactively engaging with relevant team members to review the T&C to mitigate the commercial risks and get required approvals as per proposal process.
  • Post delivery to establish LTSA/ Service contract for smooth transition from supply to life cycle support stage.
  • Arrange monthly Funnel review call to communicate current status of the projects and update of new projects added to the funnel.
  • Maintain an accurate opportunity list and provide monthly reports and forecasts (POR) to management. Have in depth discussion on select large/ must win opportunities.
  • Build the alliance between all BUs and MSOL!
  • Engage with Cross World Area to engage in destination project pursuit and provide important support to.
  • Periodically, prepare and present to Management, project trends, competitive intelligence & analysis, Market pricing level information in respective market/ industry.

Who you are:

  • Experience in the engineering or sales of Flow meters/ Custody Transfer solutions/ Tank Gauging/ Analytical Solutions in O&G/ Refinery/ Petrochem industries

For this Role, You Will Need:

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in engineering
  • 10 years of work experience in field of Control & Instrumentation
