Job Description
- The Sales Executive will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities while nurturing existing client relationships.

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
- Experience: 1 – 2 years of proven sales experience, preferably in real estate industry.
- Track Record: Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales goals and objectives.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong relationship-building abilities, with a customer-focused approach.
- Negotiation Skills: Proficiency in negotiation techniques and closing sales effectively.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and manage time effectively, while also collaborating within a team environment.
