Responsibilities:

  • Handle and drive the sales process from prospecting to closure in order to achieve the set organization objectives/KPIs.
  • Drive the sales of our Business Technology Solutions services, e.g., Data Management and
  • Software as a Service solutions, such as Zoho, Zendesk, Instaview, ManageEngine and the Business Process Outsourcing services e.g., Recruitment as a service, Contact center as a service etc.
  • Maintain a sustainable and robust pipeline and ensure accurate and rigorous forecasting and account planning.
  • Identify and acquire new customers, up-sell and cross-sell to the existing customer base to meet the sales goals.
  • Liaise with the marketing department on lead generation and ensure closure of the same.
  • Ensure all customer complaints regarding a product or service are resolved timely and effectively.
  • Develop bespoke proposals & marketing campaigns etc. encompassing all aspects of applications that speak to clients’ needs.
  • Participate in developing, presenting, and selling a value proposition.
  • Negotiate pricing and contractual agreements to close sales.
  • Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.
