Position Overview:

  • We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our team at Amorserv LLC.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, fostering client relationships, and expanding our market presence.
  • As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in promoting our digital marketing consulting services, IT solutions, custom-built software, IT projects, services, and talent outsourcing to potential clients in USA, Canada and Nigeria.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business objectives. Identify new opportunities, markets, and potential clients for our diverse business lines.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients. Understand their needs, address concerns, and provide tailored solutions to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Product Knowledge: Possess in-depth knowledge of our digital marketing consulting services, IT solutions, custom-built software, IT projects, services, and talent outsourcing offerings. Clearly articulate the value proposition to clients.
  • Lead Generation: Proactively identify and pursue leads, engage in cold calling, attend industry events, and use various marketing techniques to generate new business opportunities.
  • Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients. Clearly communicate the benefits of our services and address client requirements effectively.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, project management, and technical experts to ensure seamless client onboarding and project delivery.
  • Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions. Generate regular reports detailing sales performance and opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Proven track record in sales, with at least 3-5 years of experience in selling digital marketing consulting services, IT solutions, custom-built software, IT projects, services, and talent outsourcing.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing trends, IT solutions, and talent outsourcing landscape for the US.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
