PURPOSE OF THE JOB

Develop and execute route-to-market strategies at the regional level. Working closely with the Sales team, consumer insights and customer marketing teams as well as our trade partners.

This role significantly contributes to the achievement of FMN’s commercial objectives in the B2C market.

THE JOB

• Own the distributor development and route-to-market strategies for the purpose of achieving commercial objectives and meeting sales targets in assigned region.
• Manage and lead the implementation of the agreed RTC initiatives at regional level as defined by sales leadership team.
• Identify, develop new channels in an assigned region based on commercial evaluations and organizational objectives of the business unit.
• Develop an implementation plan for each agreed initiative and gain alignment from the regional sales leadership for effective implementation.
• Ensure that all retail redistribution operations are in line with the agreed SOP. Take corrective action where this is not the case.

• Possess analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Thrives on innovative thinking and the exploration of diverse perspectives that go beyond the usual norms.
• Strong organizational skills and an ability to meet timelines in a disciplined manner.
• Strong IT and numerical skills, particularly in MS Excel & PowerPoint.

QUALIFICATION

• BSC /HND in Accounting or related field.

EXPERIENCE

• At least 4 years’ experience in sales management.
