We are seeking a highly skilled, motivated, and experienced quality control specialist to join our dynamic team. As a quality assurance specialist for our fintech company, your role would be pivotal in ensuring that all products, services, and processes meet the required standard of quality and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, collect, process, and analyse of data, according to the established protocol, procedures & standards as appropriate to specific objectives of the product.
- Ensures that all best practices, standard routines and compliances are adhered to by close monitoring of requirements and advising on the corrective action to be taken in case of deviations.
- Review and report non-conformities including product standard deviation, product recalls and customer complaints.
- Develop and implement quality control standards
- Continually assess, refine quality control processes and maintain accurate records and provide regular reports
- Conduct thorough testing and validation of company’s products, applications, and software systems to identify defects, bugs, and vulnerabilities.
- Perform risk assessments to identify potential risks to the company’s systems, data, and operations, and develop strategies to mitigate these risks.
- Monitor regulatory requirements and ensure that the company’s products and processes comply with relevant laws and regulations in the financial industry.
- Maintain detailed documentation of quality control processes, test results, and compliance efforts. Generate reports for management and regulatory authorities as required.
- Continuously assess and improve quality control processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including software developers, product managers, compliance officers, and legal counsel to ensure alignment on quality control standards and objectives.
- Analyze customer feedback and complaints related to product quality and usability, and work with relevant teams to address issues and implement improvements.
- Ensure that appropriate security measures are in place to protect sensitive financial data and prevent unauthorized access or breaches.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or HND in Quality Control or related field
- Minimum 4-6 years’ experience in quality control leadership
- Expert knowledge of quality control standards and processes
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
