CityCode Mortgage Bank Limited is a duly registered Primary Mortgage Bank that has remained healthy since inception in 1992. We are set up for the purpose of providing mortgage loans and assisting customers in accessing National Housing Fund Loan through Federal Mortgage Bank of Nigeria.
CityCode Mortgage Bank Limited has an authorized and fully paid capital of N2.5 billion; total asset base of over N3.5 billion and current shareholders’ fund in excess of N2.5 billion as at 31st December 2014. We remain sound, secure and solid with a very vibrant Board and Management in place.
