PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES- 

• To coordinate quality control activities on shop floor
• To ensure the processes of in-process and finished goods are meeting the internal specifications and customer specifications.
• To ensure the in process qc checklists are duly filled on time by the qc inspectors.
• Ensuring necessary documentation and data analysis through the preparation of monthly report
• Ensuring proper supervision of department staff’s responsibility as per SOP and job description
• To Co-ordinate the customer online approvals and to ensure the approval on time
• To prepare the LSD’s and ensure the proper follow-ups with the marketers to get the approval on time
• To ensure the pre-productions requirements like Job ticket, reference samples etc. are available on time
• To ensure the retain samples are collected from all the plants and maintained in the centralized store
• To ensure the in process qc checklists are duly filled on time by the qc inspectors
• Hold material clearance and co-ordination with the plant managers for sorting and taking the final decisions on rejections
• To co-ordinate with the qc inspectors for monitoring of the glue iodine test and glue gel point on daily basis
• Manpower management and continuous monitoring of their activities.
• Ensuring proper management and motivation of department workforce through proper acknowledgement of their accomplishment and giving credit as and when due

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS- 

• 7+ years’ experience in related field.
• Experience in managing ISO 9001
• Very good command over English with good computer skills.
• Should have good communication and presentation skills, Dynamic, result oriented and possessing excellent leadership and management skills.
• Previous experience in Compliance is a must.
