We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project manager to provide administrative and technical support to our team. The Technical Assistant will assist with a variety of tasks related to technical operations, documentation, and project coordination. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a basic understanding of technical concepts, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct of research and analysis to support the development of the company’s strategic plans and initiatives.
  • Researching, prioritizing and following up on incoming issues and concerns addressed to the CEO, including those of a sensitive or confidential nature, and determine the appropriate course of action, referral, or response.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to support the implementation of strategic initiatives.
  • Review and summarize miscellaneous reports and documents; prepare background documents and outgoing mails as necessary.
  • Working closely and effectively with the CEO to keep well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities while following up appropriately.
  • Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks, including answering calls, scheduling meetings, and managing email correspondence.
  • Maintain organized filing systems for technical documents, reports, and correspondence.
  • Assist in the preparation, formatting, and editing of technical documents, manuals, and presentations.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of technical documentation and records.
  • Assist in managing inventory of technical equipment, tools, and supplies.
  • Provide support to technical project teams by scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and documenting meeting minutes.
  • Assist in tracking project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Liaise with internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders to gather information and coordinate activities.
  • Communicate effectively with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in a Business Administration, Statistics, or related discipline.
  • 3-4 years’ experience in the same or similar role with at least 2 years in any of the Big 4s (i.e. PWC, KPMG, Deloitte or EY), is required.
  • Any Consulting firms
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
