Job Overview

• The Procurement Manager is responsible for maintaining the overall supply chain operations of the company.

• Negotiate contracts and terms with vendors to secure favorable terms and conditions.
• Collaborate with departments to determine their purchasing needs and provide guidance on procurement processes.
• Manage vendor relationships and resolve any issues or disputes that may arise.
• Assess vendors performance and conduct regular performance evaluations.
• Maintain accurate records of procurement activities and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.
• A minimum of 4-5 years of experience as a Procurement Manager or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of procurement principles, practices, and procedures.
• Knowledge of the automotive industry preferred.
• Familiarity with supply chain management software or procurement tools.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
