Job Summary:
The Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales growth by identifying and developing new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and meeting sales targets. This role involves a combination of prospecting, account management, and strategic planning.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research.
- Qualify leads and conduct initial outreach to potential clients.
Sales Presentations:
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients.
- Demonstrate product features and benefits to effectively address customer needs.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns.
Negotiation and Closing:
- Negotiate contract terms and pricing to secure deals.
- Close sales and achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Market Analysis:
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Provide feedback to management on customer needs and preferences.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with business objectives.
- Collaborate with customer support to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients.
Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Continuous Learning:
- Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and sales techniques.
- Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge.
Networking:
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote the company and establish connections.
- Participate in networking activities to expand the client base.
Customer Feedback:
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in products and services.
- Share insights with relevant teams to enhance overall customer experience.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in sales or business development.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Skills:
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Working Conditions:
