Role Deliverables:

• Getting creative with planning and organizing fun events, activities, and campaigns that resonate with our target audience in different markets and communities.
• Being actively involved with users, introducing our products, gathering feedback, and addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
• Keeping a close eye on how our offline marketing efforts are performing and making adjustments as needed to achieve the best results.
• Working closely with the marketing and product teams to ensure our offline efforts align with our overall marketing goals.
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends, what the competition is up to, and the latest offline marketing techniques to keep our strategies sharp.

What we are looking for:

This position requires:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 2 years in offline marketing, preferably in a lead or agent role.
• Strong understanding of offline marketing principles, strategies, and tactics.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, partners, and community members.
• Proactive and results-driven mindset, with the ability to work independently and in a team.
• Flexibility and willingness to travel to different markets and communities as required.
• Knowledge of the local market and consumer behavior in the targeted regions.
• Proficiency in using marketing tools, software, and platforms for data analysis and campaign management.
