Requirements:

• minimum of 1-2 year of experience in a financial institution.
• Qualification- BSC/B-ED/HND in any discipline or any other related qualification
• Good communication skills
• Customer relationship management
• Ability to answer to customer queries and complaints
• Ability to generate sales through cold calls.
• Ability to contact potential customers via telephone to present and promote financial products and services, including loans, credit cards, savings accounts, and investment opportunities.
• Good marketing skills
