Job Description
- We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Manager to oversee the operations of our medical distribution outlet in Dopemu-Alimosho.
- The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in medical sales, particularly in the Dopemu-Alimosho area and surrounding regions, and a proven track record of building strong relationships with healthcare providers.
- As the Business Manager, you will be responsible for managing daily operations, driving sales, and ensuring the overall success of the outlet.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business targets and drive growth in the Dopemu-Alimosho area and surrounding regions.
- Manage daily operations of the medical distribution outlet, ensuring efficiency and high standards of service delivery.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals, to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales and support staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
- Prepare and manage budgets, track sales performance, and report on key business metrics.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies, maintaining a high level of integrity and professionalism.
- Coordinate with suppliers and manage inventory to ensure product availability and meet client demands.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacology, Pharmacy, Business Administration, Marketing, , or a related field.
- Proven experience in medical sales, particularly within the Dopemu-Alimosho area and surrounding regions.
- Strong knowledge of medical products and the healthcare market.
- Demonstrated success in managing a sales team and achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive for results.
