Job Description:

  • As the Marketing Manager at Payzeep, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company’s marketing initiatives and promoting our range of financial services. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans to enhance brand awareness, drive customer acquisition, and increase market penetration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies: Create comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company objectives to promote Payzeep’s financial services and solutions.
  • Brand Management: Manage and strengthen the Payzeep brand identity across all marketing channels, ensuring consistency and alignment with company values and messaging.
  • Digital Marketing: Oversee digital marketing efforts, including website management, SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media campaigns, and content creation to drive customer engagement and lead generation.
  • Campaign Management: Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels to target key customer segments and drive customer acquisition and retention.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape, and leverage insights to inform marketing strategies and initiatives.
  • Collaboration and Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with internal teams, including product development, sales, and customer service, to align marketing efforts with business objectives and ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Performance Measurement and Optimization: Track and analyze marketing metrics and KPIs to assess campaign effectiveness, ROI, and customer engagement, and leverage insights to optimize marketing strategies and tactics.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Proven experience, 7 years minimum in marketing management roles, preferably in the fintech industry.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, digital marketing techniques, and market research methodologies.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and implementing integrated marketing campaigns and driving customer acquisition and retention.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to think strategically, analyze data, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.
  • Creative thinking, problem-solving abilities, and a results-oriented mindset.
