The role:
- As a Manual Test Engineer, you will consolidate and review your work with other QA, DevOps, Product owners and Developers across different Agile teams.
- You will carry out manual tests to ensure the software created meets the requirements.
- This involves the analysis of software to prevent issues and fixing bugs before the product is dispatched to end users.
Main Responsibilities
- Designing test plans, scenarios, scripts, and procedures.
- Writing Test plans, Test scripts, Test Specifications, executing tests on source code and Debugging
- Analysing test results and reporting to the development team.
- Dealing with stakeholders and other members of the test and development team on projects
What we are looking for in a candidate:
- 5+ years of experience using test applications such as Postman, Appium, SQL management studio
- Experience in Agile Methodology in full SDLC
- Understands the concepts of the Behaviour Driven Design/Development (BDD)
- Hands-on experience with Test Cycle Management tools like JIRA
- CICD (Continuous Integration and Continuous Development) experience with GIT and Jenkins
