Salary Budget Range: N250,000 – N500,000 monthly

Role Summary:

  • Evaluate real estate goals and provide clients with optimal property options.
  • Guide clients towards efficient financial decisions.
  • Extensive real estate background required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enhance knowledge of brand and products.
  • Generate and update leads database.
  • Provide information on products, prices, ROI, and mortgages.
  • Advise clients during property visits and prepare purchase agreements.
  • Coordinate property closings and follow sales targets.
  • Offer after-sales support and organize sales meetings.

Expectations:

  • Achieve sales targets and hire agents.
  • Initiate sales strategies and attend meetings.
  • Conduct site visits.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Confident, well-spoken, professional, and presentable.
  • High integrity, strong problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent relationship management and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications:

  • University degree in any field.
  • Completed NYSC.
  • 3-7 years of progressive sales experience with a track record of success.
  • Certification in Sales or Business Administration is an advantage.
