Salary Budget Range: N250,000 – N500,000 monthly
Role Summary:
- Evaluate real estate goals and provide clients with optimal property options.
- Guide clients towards efficient financial decisions.
- Extensive real estate background required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enhance knowledge of brand and products.
- Generate and update leads database.
- Provide information on products, prices, ROI, and mortgages.
- Advise clients during property visits and prepare purchase agreements.
- Coordinate property closings and follow sales targets.
- Offer after-sales support and organize sales meetings.
Expectations:
- Achieve sales targets and hire agents.
- Initiate sales strategies and attend meetings.
- Conduct site visits.
Skills & Competencies:
- Confident, well-spoken, professional, and presentable.
- High integrity, strong problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent relationship management and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Qualifications:
- University degree in any field.
- Completed NYSC.
- 3-7 years of progressive sales experience with a track record of success.
- Certification in Sales or Business Administration is an advantage.
