Requirements:

  1. B.Sc. / HND Degree in inventory management, accounting, logistics, etc.
  2. 1 – 2 years of working experience in a related field
  3. Excellent organizational and communication skills
  4. Willing to learn.
  5. Proficiency in MS Office e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoints, etc.
  6. Intermediate knowledge of QuickBooks and Record Keeping.
  7. Proximity to Lekki e.g., V.I, Oworoshoki, Ajah etc

Responsibilities:

  1.  Assist in receiving, storing, managing the stock levels, and issuing out the supplies from the storerooms.
  2. Assist in preparing the inventories, maintaining the stock records, using computerized systems for entering the records and is accountable for checking the supply invoices with the purchase orders.
  3. Maintain the storage area by organizing floor space, adhering to storage design principles, and recommending improvements.
  4. He/she ensures that the stocks stay physically protected in the warehouse
  5.  Assist in conducting regular physical stock counts and reconcile variances
  6. Ensure that all loading/offloading of the delivery are done effectively and on time with zero damage to the goods.
  7. Ensure accuracy of the facility’s inventory system by updating records of physical inventory totals, receipts, adjustments, and returns.
