- You’ll play a crucial role in enhancing employee experiences, streamlining HR processes, and aligning HR strategies with our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- HR Strategy Implementation: Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee daily operations of the HR department, including but not limited to payroll, benefits administration, HRIS management, and compliance with labor regulations.
- Talent Management: Lead the recruitment and selection process to attract and retain top talent. Design and implement a comprehensive talent management strategy to develop a high-performance culture.
- Employee Engagement: Develop and oversee programs to foster employee engagement, satisfaction, and well-being. Ensure the Agri-Tech sector’s unique challenges and opportunities are addressed in employee development plans.
- Training and Development: Assess training needs and develop training programs to ensure employees possess the necessary skills and knowledge. Promote a learning culture that supports ongoing professional development.
- Policy Formulation: Develop and revise HR policies and documents as needed to adapt to changing business and legal landscapes. Ensure HR practices are compliant with regulatory requirements and best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. A Master’s degree or relevant certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial role, preferably within the Agri-Tech or related sector.
- In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, labor legislation, and compliance requirements.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and lead an HR team.
- Excellent communication skills, adept at engaging with a diverse workforce.
- Proven track record in developing and implementing HR strategies that have positively impacted business outcomes.
- Proficient in HRIS and MS Office; familiarity with modern HR technologies and platform.
