Human Resource Executive needed at Torilo

Job Description

• The HR Executive will be key in managing the company’s HR activities, including recruitment, employee relations, and general administrative tasks. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in HR & Administration looking to expand & improve their HR skills within a dynamic and collaborative environment. You will ensure the smooth operation of HR activities for a team of approximately 35 people.

Job Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing
• Assist in the implementation of  HR policies and procedures
• Manage employee records, contracts, and performance reviews
• Ensure compliance with local labour laws and employment regulations
• Provide support in payroll processing and employee benefits administration
• Handle employee onboarding and offboarding processes
• Manage employee relations and resolve any workplace issues or concerns
• Support the day-to-day administrative tasks related to HR and office management
• Coordinate team-building activities and employee engagement programs

Job Requirements & Qualifications

• Must have a minimum of BSc
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Administration, Business, Social Sciences, etc.)
• 2-3 years of previous experience as an HR Executive
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Good interpersonal and communication abilities
• Attention to detail and a high level of professionalism
• Familiarity with basic HR practices, recruitment processes, and Nigerian labour laws
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, small team environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
