Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot component level defects on the PBCs & Panels of all the range of HA products
- Provide excellent product service to meet customer’s expectations.
- Perform product storage & transportation activities in safe & secure manner
- Prioritize & complete the given jobs accurately and on time
- Maintain the workplace & keep tools clean, safe & organized
- Carefully follow & adhere to the instruction given by the Service Centre Supervisor
- Visit customers for in-house jobs
- Achieve productivity target for each day.
Requirements
- OND / HND / SSCE / Trade Test Certificate in any technical field of study
- 25 35 years old
- 1-3 years work experience in technical service or equipment maintenance
- Sound knowledge of HA repair & the Installation of Refrigerators, Washing Machines, Air Conditioners, Chest Freezers, Showcase Freezers, Gas Cookers, Water Dispenser systems, etc.
