Mandatory Requirements:

  • Analytical Skills: Proficiency in analyzing market data and campaign metrics to inform strategic decisions.
  • Advertising Expertise: Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing effective advertising campaigns across various platforms, including Facebook Ads, Snapchat Ads, Google Ads, and Twitter Ads.
  • Customer Retention Strategies: Ability to develop and execute initiatives aimed at enhancing customer retention and loyalty through social media channels, app store optimization (ASO), and offline marketing strategies.
  • Creativity: Strong creative thinking skills to develop innovative marketing strategies and campaigns tailored for various advertising platforms, including ASO, Google Ads, and Twitter Ads, as well as offline channels.
  • Digital and Offline Marketing Tools: Familiarity with a wide range of digital marketing tools and platforms for campaign management and analysis, as well as experience with offline/ traditional marketing methods.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and for crafting compelling ad copy for both online and offline channels.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt advertising strategies for different social media channels, app store optimization (ASO), and offline marketing channels to optimize reach and engagement.
  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Passion for Innovation: Drive to explore new marketing channels and technologies to drive growth, both online and offline.

  • Marketing Strategy Development: Lead the development of comprehensive marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and sales growth across various channels, including online platforms (such as Facebook Ads, Snapchat Ads, Google Ads, Twitter Ads) and offline channels (such as events, partnerships, and traditional advertising).
  • Advertising Campaign Management: Design, implement, and optimize advertising campaigns on online platforms (Facebook, Snapchat, Google, Twitter) and offline channels (events, print media, radio) to maximize ROI and reach the target audience effectively.
  • Customer Engagement: Develop initiatives to enhance customer engagement and loyalty through new technology, content, promotions, and events both online and offline.
  • Data Analysis: Utilize data analytics from online and offline platforms to track campaign performance, identify trends, and optimize advertising strategies for maximum impact.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product development, sales, and customer support to align marketing initiatives with business goals and ensure consistency across channels.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Customer Acquisition: Growth in number of new Active Users acquired through various advertising channels, both online and offline.
  • Sales (Revenue) Growth: Growth in Revenue generated from sales driven by advertising campaigns on online and offline platforms.
  • Customer Retention: Customer retention rate and engagement metrics across online and offline channels.
  • ROI: Return on investment for advertising campaigns on online and offline channels.
  • Brand Awareness: Increase in brand visibility and recognition through advertising efforts on various platforms and offline channels.
  • Maintaining a low CAC


  • Weekly Performance Report: Provide detailed insights into campaign performance across different advertising platforms, including online and offline channels, and offline marketing efforts, including key metrics and actionable recommendations.
  • Monthly Growth Report: Summarize monthly marketing activities, performance against KPIs, and strategic insights for future growth across all channels, both online and offline.
  • Quarterly Strategy Review: Present an in-depth analysis of advertising strategies on different platforms and offline channels, outlining opportunities for improvement and growth.
