Key Responsibilities
- Market the company’s products and scout for new projects they can bid for.
- Prepare quotations on request from prospective clients.
- Coordinate the orders with foreign parent company and ensure all necessary details are present in bidding processes.
- Ensure that all operations comply with company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards.
- Develop and implement operational strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives.
- Monitor industry trends and implement best practices to improve operational efficiency.
- Oversee the allocation and management of resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials.
- Identify opportunities to streamline and improve processes across the organization.
- Coordinate port clearing, transport to site and installation of the products.
- Any other functions as may be assigned by Management from time to time.
Requirements
- Minimum of bachelor’s degree in architecture/engineering/ quantity surveying or any building profession.
- A minimum of 12 years working experience in construction projects.
- Proficiency in use of AutoCAD, Revit, Microsoft project and other Microsoft office tools.
- Project Management training and/or certification is an added advantage.
- Demonstrate competencies in effective communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Knowledge of international procurement and customs clearing details.
- Knowledge of the sale/ installation of doors, windows, kitchen fittings etc.
- Knowledge of the construction industry trades and markets to ensure effective and cost-efficient procurement.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Project management skills.
