• The role involves overseeing the day-to-day operations of the food and beverage department, ensuring high-quality customer service, managing staff training, and budgeting for the department.

• Food Service and Food & Beverage management experience
• Demonstrated commitment to excellent customer service
• Experience in staff training and development
• Strong budgeting and financial management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations
• Relevant degree or certification in Hospitality or related field
