Job Details

• Support business in developing appropriate risk management strategies or tools and disseminating proper risk management practices in line with developments in the market/industry, laws, regulations, etc.
• Oversee all credit analysis and approval processes and procedure, monitor risks through relevant Key Risk Indicators (KRI) to ensure the business functions satisfactorily within established risk appetites.
• The timely investigation, analysis, and reporting of compliance issues and fraud instances that can negatively affect company’s portfolio and reputation.
• Supervise and monitor the risk management staff which are an extension of credit risk department.
• Conduct periodic branch reviews of the operational and credit processes and update credit risk policies where necessary.
• Training and development of risk mgt personnel.
• Overseeing and enforcing risk management policies and established risk limits to close significant gaps in the lending processes & risk management capabilities.
