Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership and direction to all engineering functions of the company

- Represent the company in meetings with clients, partners, investors, and regulatory authorities.
- Drive a culture of safety, quality, and customer satisfaction across all engineering activities.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management and the board of directors, summarizing engineering performance, challenges, and opportunities.
Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
- ·6-8 years experience in the Oil & Gas industry
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a management role within the engineering sector.
- ·Proven experience as a people’s manager with strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Strong business development capabilities with an entrepreneurial spirit.
- Active and agile with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Demonstrated ability to make top management decisions in managing people and projects.
