Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will:
- Conduct theoretical and practical Rope Access training for Levels 1-3
- Develop and update training materials, course outlines, and assessments tensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Ensure all training activities adhere tsafety protocols and guidelines.
- Stay up tdate with industry trends, IRATA regulations and safe work at height standards.
- Comply with JC International Quality Training Manual.
- Work with the QHSE team tensure IRATA training requirements are met
- Ensure all Rope Access training equipment are properly maintained and in good condition.
- Evaluate training program and activities tensure effective training.
- Develop supplemental course materials and guides that address individual and specific learning needs.
- Develop flexible teaching strategies trelay theoretical knowledge as well as practical application.
- Evaluate training program and activities tensure effective training.
- Other duties as required.
Qualifications
- Must have IRATA Level 3/I certification including proficiency in theoretical knowledge, and documentation.
- Extensive experience as a Trainee Instructor
- Valid First Aid Certificate
- Expertise in rope access with at least 5 years of industry experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Highly organized with strong attention tdetail
- Conversant with relevant work techniques and legislation.
- Comprehensive knowledge of advanced rescue techniques.
