Job Summary
- Core Responsibilities Sales Strategy & Operations: Develop and execute sales strategies for poultry, seafood, and other fresh products, ensuring widespread distribution and growth.
- Supplier & Importer Relations: Manage and cultivate relationships with suppliers and importers to guarantee a consistent supply of high-quality fresh products.
- Supply Chain Management: Implement and oversee supply chain strategies that maintain product freshness and optimize delivery.
- Regulatory Compliance : Ensure all operations comply with both local and international regulations related to the import and sale of fresh products.

Required Skills & Competencies
- Industry Knowledge: Extensive knowledge of the fresh products sector, especially poultry and seafood, and understanding of import regulations.
- Project Management- Plan, forecast and manage all Fresh backward integration projects with the team.
- Negotiation: Excellent negotiation skills with experience in managing supplier and importer relationships.
- Analytical Thinking: Ability to use data and analytics for decision-making and strategy formulation.
- Strategic Insight & Customer Centricity: Demonstrate the ability to think long-term and globally, ensuring decisions prioritise customer satisfaction and engagement.

Requirements
- Minimum 6 years in leadership roles within the fresh sector, with a proven track record in sales management, managing a team of at least 10.
- Proven track record of achieving growth targets.
- Experience in the fresh industry is a must.
- Experience with end-to-end go-to-market strategies is a plus.
