Responsibilities:

• Serves as the primary point of administrative contact and liaison on personal and office-related business matters.
• Organize meetings and other special events as appropriate.
• Keep up-to-date records of office expenses and costs.
• Develop budget and purchase of front office supplies.
• Provide adequate support to ensure efficient procurement and dispatch of uniforms
• Ensure that service providers for cleaning services, logistics and security services perform their work in accordance with the terms of the contract.
• Update your calendar and schedule meetings.
• Provide basic and accurate information in person or by phone/mail.
• Supplier management
• Support office logistics coordination
• Providing Chinese/Mandarin translation services for foreigners
• Receive and sort external mail/delivery/courier daily

Work requirements: 

• Bachelor of Science in Business Administration or related field
• Must have at least 2 to 3 years of management experience.
• Fluency in Mandarin is essential, as well as excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Good organizational, time management and scheduling skills
• Basic bookkeeping experience, specifically accounts payable/accounts receivable
• Experience using office management software, including word processing software and spreadsheets
• Typing speed of at least 60 words per minute with few errors
• Strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication skills

Applicants with HSK (Chinese Proficiency Test) and other related certifications will be given priority.
