Duties and Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends, market dynamics, and lucrative business opportunities.
  • Proactively initiate and engage in sales calls to new prospects, leading to successful closures.
  • Close new business deals by coordinating requirements, developing, and negotiating contracts.
  • Analyze data and industry insights to formulate effective growth strategies.
  • Promote property sales through strategic advertisements
  • Develop and execute lead generation strategies to identify potential clients, investors, and partners.
  • Pursue new customers, negotiate deals, and close transactions to expand our client base.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and investors.
  • Create compelling business proposals and presentations to attract potential investors and customers.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability for the company.
  • Set and achieve challenging business development targets and objectives.
  • Identify potential business deals by contacting potential customers and exploring opportunities.
  • Determine new opportunities by analyzing business needs.
  • Assist in developing annual sales goals and contribute to completing monthly targets.
  • Develop and deliver business plans through research, market analysis, and accurate business reports.
  • Accompany buyers during property visits, advising them on suitability and value.
  • Advise sellers on enhancing the appeal of homes to potential buyers.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management/Sales or a relevant field.
  • Minimum 3 years of Business Development/Sales experience, preferably in the real estate industry.
  • Strong client relationship management skills.
  • Solid understanding of local real estate market trends and practices.
  • Excellent negotiation skills.
  • Desire to make a significant contribution to a rapidly growing organization
  • Proven ability to work independently.
  • Proactive self-starter with the ability to operate both individually and as part of a team.
  • Superior presentation and excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism.

Preferred

  • Market research experience.
  • Previous work experience in marketing for real estate, architecture, design, or construction industries.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
