Responsibilities:
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities within the oil & gas, electrical, maintenance, procurement, and servicing.
- Conduct market research to analyze industry trends, competitive landscape, and potential client needs across various industries.
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve revenue targets and expand the company’s market presence in multiple sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions across electrical, maintenance, procurement, and servicing domains.
- Collaborate with the technical and operations teams to develop proposals, pricing strategies, and service offerings that meet client requirements in diverse sectors, ensuring successful project executions.
- Lead negotiations with clients, including contract discussions, pricing agreements, and service level agreements, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and successful delivery of services to clients across different sectors.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and reports to clients and management, highlighting the value proposition of Felton’s offerings across various industries and project executions.
- Keep abreast of industry developments, regulations, and market dynamics across electrical, maintenance, procurement, and servicing sectors to identify emerging opportunities and potential risks.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums to promote brand awareness, generate leads across diverse industries, and showcase successful project executions.
Desired Skills:
- Proven track record of success in business development or sales roles within multiple sectors, including oil & gas, electrical, maintenance, procurement, and servicing, with experience in project executions.
- Strong understanding of the business landscape across various industries.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients across different sectors.

Required Experience:

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
