Job Summary
- As a Business Development Executive at Excel and Grace Consulting, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and developing innovative strategies to meet our firm’s growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities
Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and market trends.
- Analyze client needs and develop tailored solutions to meet their business and HR consulting requirements.
Business Development Strategy:
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans that align with the firm’s objectives.
- Identify key growth areas and opportunities for the company’s services.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build strong relationships with new and existing clients to foster long-term partnerships.
- Act as a primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
Sales and Revenue Generation:
- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
Collaboration and Teamwork:
- Work closely with the consulting team, marketing team, social media management team and other necessary teams to deliver high-quality services and solutions to clients.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to enhance the firm’s visibility and brand awareness.
Performance Tracking and Reporting:
- Track sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports on business development activities.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to optimize business development strategies.
- Ad hoc responsibilities assigned by top management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in business development, preferably in the consulting industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing deals.
- Strong understanding of the consulting industry and its value proposition.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce)
- Knowledge of sales methodologies (e.g., SPIN selling, solution selling)
- Experience in building and managing sales teams.
