Job Summary:

  • We seek an aggressive and results-driven Bulk Sales Executive to drive sales growth, develop strategic relationships, and identify new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in bulk sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to meet or exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve bulk sales targets.
  • Identify, cultivate, and convert new business leads into sales opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Negotiate and close high-value deals.
  • Bulk Sales of all products across all categories.
  • Ensure the Monthly Target Assigned is Achieved.
  • Engage actively in Customer Acquisition, at least 10 new customers should be on-boarded and buy Products every week in addition to the existing customers.
  • Negotiate with Customers, Close business deals and maximize profit.
  • Ensures that items are delivered to customers within the SLA.
  • Customer Retention and ensuring proper follow-up with customers on sales.
  • Initiate sales process and see through to the point of invoicing by finance.
  • Track products requested from the Warehouse to ensure Prompt delivery of orders.
  • Constant Customer Visitation to get feedback from previous purchases and also to pave way for future business opportunities
  • Ensure payments for products supplied are made as at when due and reconciled with finance.
  • Develop, present, and sell new business proposals to appropriate prospects
  • Maintain a good relationship with Customers at all times.
  • Market Intelligence and market penetration.
  • Work closely with Line Manager to develop Strategies and Plans to grow and develop Sales Breath.

Requirements:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

Experience:

  • 2+ years in bulk sales or business development.
  • Proven sales track record.

Skills:

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office/Excel.
