Responsibilities
- Direct all operational aspects including distribution operations, customer service, human resources, administration, and sales for the profitability of the branch
- Build and manage client relationships to ensure retention and referrals.
- Assists the team in identifying properties for listing, evaluating properties, and setting appropriate prices for the sale or rental as appropriate.
- Sale and lease of properties in the company’s portfolio whilst securing new property sales and lease briefs for the business.
- Keeps informed with the latest trends and demands in the real estate market as well on the latest information regarding property tax, financing, and legal requirements.
- Liaises with contractors for latest properties on the market for business development.
- Prepares the appropriate paperwork required for specific real estate transactions.
- Implement effective sales strategies, and promotional activities to drive revenue growth.
- Implement and uphold company policies and procedures to maintain operational efficiency.
Requirements
- First degree in Estate Management
- Chartered Membership of NIES, ESVRABON, IFMA, RICS
- Minimum of 10-12 years real estate sales proven experience
- Very strong sales negotiation skills and the ability to navigate complex transactions Excellent communication skills.
- Looks professional and presentable.
- In-depth knowledge of the luxury real estate market, including property values, trends, and client expectations.
