  • We are seeking dynamic and results-driven Area Sales Managers to join our team. The vacancy is in different regions in the country. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales representatives, developing sales strategies, and driving revenue growth within your assigned territory.
  • You will work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities, build strong relationships with key clients, and ensure customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management and a strong understanding of the market.

  • As the Area Sales Manager, you will play a key role in driving sales growth within your assigned territory. You will be responsible for managing a team of sales representatives, developing and executing strategic sales plans, and building strong relationships with existing and new customers within the food and beverage industry.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve assigned sales targets for your territory.
  • Coach, and mentor a high-performing team of sales representatives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and industry partners.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to secure new accounts.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts to track performance and measure progress against goals.
  • Collaborate with marketing, production, and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales management or a similar role
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a sales team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Ability to travel within the assigned territory
