About the Role
- Klasha is seeking a B2B Content Writer with a strong background in fintech, localized marketing.
- In this role, you will create compelling copy that drives engagement, and conversions, and enhances our current & potential users’ experience across our suite of products.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive content marketing strategy that aligns with our business goals and target audience.
- Create engaging and informative content across various channels, including blog posts, social media, email campaigns, and more.
- Work closely with the product and design teams to create user-friendly copy for our enterprise merchants that simplifies complex processes and enhances user interaction with our software products.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and content writing principles to ensure our content is always fresh, relevant, and user-centric.
- Measure and report on the success of our content marketing efforts, using data to inform ongoing strategy and tactics.
- Supervise a junior team of marketers, providing guidance and mentorship as needed.
Key Competencies / Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in fintech and localized marketing.
- Proven experience in content writing and editing, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
- Strong writing and editing skills, with a track record of creating captivating copy.
- Experience developing and executing content marketing strategies.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to work independently and autonomously.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting to measure the success of marketing efforts.
- Experience managing/supervising a small team of marketers is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of fintech industry, trends, and writing principles.
