Key Responsibilities
- Business Development Activities: Execute business development strategies to identify and pursue new sales opportunities, meet sales targets, and contribute to revenue growth.
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Lead Generation: Proactively identify and nurture leads through market research, networking, and outreach activities.
- Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to create and deliver effective marketing materials and presentations.
- Market Insights: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities and threats.
- Sales Reporting: Regularly providingsales performance reports and updates atthe C-suite management meetings.
Qualifications
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of 5 – 10 years in sales and marketing, with a focus on business development.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant sales tools.
- A proactive and results-oriented mindset.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
