Role Description

• We are currently recruiting an IT Officer for our client, a well established wellness group, to be based in their offices in VI, Lagos.
• This is a full-time on-site role. The IT Officer will be responsible for troubleshooting, providing technical support, network administration, and system administration tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the IT systems.

Qualifications

• Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills
• 3-5 years experience in a similar role
• Information Technology and Network Administration skills
• System Administration skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work well in a team
• Relevant IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Cisco) are a plus
• HND / Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
