Functional Responsibilities
- Cultivate Relationships: Initiate and nurture connections with both retail and institutional clients by executing a well-structured engagement plan.
- Forge Partnerships: Build and maintain relationship with local industry contacts to expand the reach of forex services, targeting new customer segments.
- Market Insight: Stay abreast of major currency and commodity markets, including crude oil, precious metals, and agricultural products, ensuring a comprehensive understanding to inform decision-making.
- Client Engagement: Arrange and conduct business meetings with potential and existing clients to amplify trading volumes and foster enduring relationships.
- Deal Negotiation and Execution: Execute forex transactions, encompassing both sourcing (BUY) and sales (SELL), aligning with daily treasury quotes, business objectives and responding adeptly to market fluctuations.
- Strategic Growth: Develop and implement a growth strategy that prioritizes both financial prosperity of the company and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in roles demonstrating expertise:
- Specialized in Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) banking relationship management.
- Extensive background as a bank relationship officer catering to High Net- Worth individuals.
- Accomplished sales representative within an esteemed bureau de change setting.
