Job Description:

• We are looking for a dynamic Growth Marketing Specialist to drive the growth of our online presence and community across multiple social media platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for running and optimizing ad campaigns on Telegram, YouTube, Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook. The role requires a strategic marketer who understands how to leverage content, engagement metrics, and targeted advertising to achieve measurable growth. This position is fully remote, but a strong emphasis will be placed on hitting agreed-upon monthly growth targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize ad campaigns across Telegram, YouTube, TikTok, Google ads, Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook to maximize ROI.
• Develop and execute strategies to increase followers, members, and community engagement.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance and growth metrics.
• Ensure content is generating good engagement and contributing to community growth.
• Implement effective email marketing campaigns to support overall growth objectives.
• Collaborate with the content team to ensure alignment between ads and organic posts.
• Manage and allocate the advertising and marketing budget to achieve the best results.
• Continuously experiment with new growth tactics and strategies to optimize performance.
