Job Description
- The Head of Sales will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies aligned with the company’s overall business objectives.

Qualifications

- 3+ years of experience in sales leadership roles.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong understanding of sales methodologies and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
- Experience in Real estate sales
- Knowledge of sales automation and CRM tools.
- Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing market.
