Job Summary
- We are seeking an experienced and versatile professional to join the organisation.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and developing learning opportunities, training execution, managing leads and Performance management.
- A background or experience within the Knowledge industry or Learning & Development is highly desirable.
Responsibilities
- Job holder will regularly interact with clients, participants and facilitators, discuss and proactively develop and deploy processes to drive performance.
- Establish and drive an L&D Performance Management system, Identify needs, Opportunities and offer solutions.
- Drive growth of our existing products and services, Identify, follow through prospects to customers.
- Provide management reports including sales and marketing activities and progress.
- Make cold calls, set up meetings with clients and prospects who will need specific services.
Qualifications
- First Degree or Equivalent qualification.
- Candidates may also possess Professional qualifications or certifications.
- Good industry experience in relevant or similar capacity.
- Basic Digital Marketing tools, knowledge and skills is highly essential.
- Minimum 3 years progressive experience in Learning solution selling and business development.
- Good command of MS office suite Word, Excel and PowerPoint presentations.
- Ability to scan the market and develop compelling solutions & business prospects.
- Very Strong organization and self-leadership skills.
- Passionate, persistent with very strong energy and drive for results.
- Good analytical skills, Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
