Job Description
- As the Sales/Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and market penetration for our energy company.
- This role will involve developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies to attract and retain customers, while maintaining a strong brand presence in the energy industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with the company’s overall business objectives.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify target markets and customer needs.
- Develop sales plans and quotas for the sales team.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers.
- Conduct sales presentations and demonstrations to promote our energy products and services.
- Negotiate and close sales deals.
- Implement customer retention strategies to maintain existing customer relationships.
- Provide excellent customer service and support.
- Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly.
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
- Manage the development of marketing materials, such as brochures, presentations, and advertising campaigns.
- Coordinate with marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding.
- Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives.
- Provide training and development opportunities for the sales team.
- Monitor and track sales performance.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Analyze market data to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Provide insights and recommendations to inform business decisions.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or marketing, preferably in the energy industry.
- Strong understanding of the energy industry and its market dynamics.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Proficiency in sales and marketing software tools.
- Experience in renewable energy or energy efficiency.
- Knowledge of energy regulations and policies.
- Experience in digital marketing and social media.
