Job Summary

  • As our Business Development Officer, you’ll be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue for our organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement business growth
  • Identify and research potential clients, markets, and partnerships
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry leaders
  • Pitch and present business proposals to potential clients
  • Negotiate and close deals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions and services

  • Develop and manage sales pipelines and forecasts
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge in healthcare setting
  • Experience with data analysis and market research tools
  • Familiarity with sales automation platforms
  • Certification in sales or business development (e.g., HubSpot Sales Certification).

Salary
N150,000 monthly.
