Job Description

  • The Sales Executive will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities while nurturing existing client relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation: Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and social media.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact.
  • Sales Presentations: Conduct engaging product demonstrations and presentations tailored to client needs.
  • Proposal Development: Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and contracts, ensuring clarity on pricing and terms.
  • Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
  • Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, providing regular updates on sales performance.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
  • Feedback Loop: Provide feedback to product development and marketing teams based on client interactions and market insights.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
  • Experience: 1 – 2 years of proven sales experience, preferably in real estate industry.
  • Track Record: Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales goals and objectives.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong relationship-building abilities, with a customer-focused approach.
  • Negotiation Skills: Proficiency in negotiation techniques and closing sales effectively.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and manage time effectively, while also collaborating within a team environment.
