Job Overview: 

As a Sales Manager at Kylian ERP, you will play a key role in growing our business by identifying new sales opportunities, building strong client relationships, and overseeing a team of sales professionals. Your focus will be on increasing revenue, expanding our customer base, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets. 
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to meet and exceed individual and team goals. 
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across various sectors. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met and they receive excellent customer service. 
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and competitive positioning, providing insights for product development and marketing. 
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to ensure alignment in sales campaigns and product offerings. 
  • Manage sales forecasting, budgeting, and reporting to ensure accurate tracking of performance. 
  • Represent Kylian ERP at industry events and trade shows to expand brand awareness and generate leads. 

Qualifications & Skills: 

  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role, ideally in the ERP or software industry. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a high-performing sales team. Demonstrable track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. 
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. 
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to understand client needs and offer tailored solutions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team. 
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. 

Education & Experience: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a management position. Experience within the ERP, SaaS, or technology sectors is highly desirable.
