Job Summary

  • We are looking for a goal-oriented Channel Sales Manager for winning, maintaining, and expanding all our partner relationships within the assigned territory.
  • In addition, your role will include supporting the company’s ongoing sales and growth opportunities by providing channel sales support to a region or portfolio of assigned partners or customers.

Responsibilities

  • Implement promotional and marketing activities to boost partner sales
  • Understand customer and business needs to cross-sell and up-sell the company’s products
  • Coordinate with other company personnel such as the support team and management team to deliver and meet customer/ partner expectations
  • Act as a bridge for communication between the customers/ partners
  • Access, clarify and validate partner needs and performances at regular intervals and maintain a high partner satisfaction rate
  • Coordinate with other sales channels to avoid any potential conflicts
  • Coordinate with partner sales personnel and maximize sales
  • Manage funnels, forecast, and seize sales opportunities
  • Drive and manage sales and marketing campaigns
  • Ensure compliance with partner agreements and contracts
  • Provide training, support, and resources to enable partner success
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align partner efforts with company goals
  • Set and monitor sales targets and performance metrics for partners
  • Evaluate market trends and competitor actions to pinpoint potential opportunities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business Administration, Marketing or any other related field.
  • Experience: A minimum of 15 years of work experience with more than 5years in power back-up industry
  • Extensive experience in Channel Building
  • Skilled in sustaining channelsDemonstrate a track record in channel sales or partner management
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Strategic thinking and the ability to develop sales strategies
  • Proficiency in CRM and sales management software
  • Data analysis and reporting capabilities
  • Leadership and team management skills
  • Exhibit industry awareness, and understanding of market dynamics and competitive landscape
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and influencing skills
  • Commercially and financially aware with experience of managing budgets
  • Contract management and supplier experience
  • Good time management skills
  • Flexible to travel to partner locations.
