  • We are currently seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team and lead our HR initiatives companywide.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent; oversee the recruitment and hiring process, including job postings, interviews, and selection.
  • Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns and grievances; facilitate conflict resolution and promote effective communication.
  • Develop and implement performance management systems; conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees; manage employee development plans.
  • Identify training needs and create development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth; organize training sessions and workshops.
  • Develop and update HR policies and procedures; ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Oversee compensation and benefits programs; conduct salary reviews and manage employee benefits administration.
  • Track and analyze HR metrics to inform strategic decisions; prepare reports for senior management.
  • Ensure a safe working environment by implementing health and safety programs and compliance with regulations.
  • Promote diversity and inclusion initiatives within the workplace.
  • Manage HR records and documentation; oversee payroll processing.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • 5 years+ experience as an HR Manager or similar HR role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software and systems.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Relevant certifications.
  • Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
