Job Responsibilities:

Managing Sales Operations:

  • Drive Revenue and Team Performance by setting and achieving sales goals, lead a successful team, and implement winning strategies to maximise growth.
  • Optimise Workflow and Reporting in order to track progress, assign tasks, generate insightful reports, and provide data-driven recommendations for informed decision-making.
  • Build Strong Relationships by connecting with key stakeholders across the industry to secure partnerships, access opportunities, and generate leads.

Premium Services Sales Optimization:

  • Supercharge Real Estate Premium Sales by driving Jiji’s premium services, building relationships with real estate businesses, agencies and individual property owners.
  • Fuel Growth Through Innovation by proposing, implementing, and tracking innovative sales strategies, optimising processes for maximum operational efficiency.
  • Master the Sales Journey and own the entire process from prospecting to closing deals, meeting targets through personalised client relationships and proactive lead generation.

Must Have:

  • Masterful strategist with deep knowledge of classifieds and real estate is compulsory
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills to leverage market research and sales data for insightful business decisions

Desirables:

  • A degree in business administration, marketing, communications or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in sales, growth or bus dev
  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to coach, lead and motivate a team in order to meet and exceed set targets
  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on providing exceptional customer experiences
  • Excellent project management skills to effectively manage multiple projects and priorities
  • Experience working in a matrix, extremely dynamic, fast-paced, results-oriented environment; prioritisation, and ability to complete multiple projects simultaneously.
